Renovate water pipelines using pipe bursting and renovate manholes, including reconnection of private service pipes. Limited traditional trench excavation is included where pipe bursting is not feasible; controlled drilling, pilot pipe drilling and hose renovation are excluded. The authority anticipates about 3,000 metres annually, potentially increasing to 4,000 metres, through planned and urgent call-offs.

Further develop the preliminary project through detailed engineering design and construct 24 sheltered accommodation flats with shared communal areas. The two-storey building, with a partial basement, will be located beside Sonjatun health centre and nursing home.

Deliver small-to-medium site works primarily in Trondheim, covering water and wastewater infrastructure, roads, sanitation, and potentially urban and green areas. Work may include new installations, renewals, repairs, road and public-space improvements, and vegetation or area restoration; the authority intends parallel agreements with 3–4 contractors.

Provide glazing services and supply the goods and materials needed for glazing works for the contracting authorities.

Provide carpentry and masonry services for Vestre Viken HF in the Drammen delivery area. Any tender for this lot must cover all buildings in the area.

Renovate and maintain industrial floors, including associated materials, across St. Olavs Hospital properties and any leased premises. Works are expected to take place in the evening, at night or on weekends.

Provide a proposed resource for cost estimation, calculation, cost control or financial advisory services in the early phase, planning or development of building and construction projects. The resource must have at least 10 years of relevant construction experience, including at least five years in these services during the last seven years.

Provide the client’s representative for construction projects, including technical/ITB coordination and SHA (safety, health and working environment) coordination.

Provide technical consultancy supporting DSA’s regulatory work, including reviewing and assessing technical documentation and supporting inspections. Services relate to nuclear facility shutdown preparations, used-fuel and radioactive-waste handling, radiation protection and risk assessment.

Construct new water, surface water and wastewater pipelines between Frugardselva and Storhaugvegen, including pipelines to convey sewage south towards the planned wastewater treatment facility at Skjersholmane.
