Supply, install, configure, service, maintain, support and replace door-environment and security products, sites and systems for the University of Oslo. Scope covers Assa Abloy lock systems, Lenel OnGuard and related licences, and service and maintenance.

Provide supplementary electrical services and materials for municipal properties, buildings and installations, covering management, operation and maintenance. Record work digitally in the municipality’s Facilit FDVU system; larger projects may be separately tendered.

Provide services, repairs, maintenance and expansions for existing automatic access control and burglar alarm installations, and complete new installations in existing and new purpose-built municipal buildings, to ensure proper and compliant technical security.

Annual inspections, repairs/service and minor expansions of smoke drains, fire alarms and emergency lighting installations in the Contracting Authority's buildings. The aim is to maintain a high level of safety and to reduce the risk of consequences in the event of a fire.
