Provide technical consultancy supporting DSA’s regulatory work, including review and assessment of technical documentation and support during inspections. Advise on nuclear security, used-fuel and radioactive-waste handling, radiation protection and risk assessment in preparation for and during nuclear-facility shutdowns.

Provide municipal commercial waste services in Hemnes municipality, as specified in the tender documentation.

Supply electricity for the full needs of Alta, Porsanger and Lebesby municipalities and provide portfolio management. Management of concession-power sales may also be requested. Each municipality will enter into a separate contract.

Mill garden waste and screen compost at Borgaredalen environmental park. Handle approximately 2,500 tonnes of waste and 1,500 tonnes of compost annually, with transport and setup for milling 2–3 times per year.

Empty sludge interceptors in Arendal, Froland and Grimstad, covering approximately 2,100–2,300 units per year. The service includes transport and planning of emptying, including call-out and urgent work.

Supply electricity physically to municipal entities; manage and optimise concession-power sales and implement price assurance and financial-contract management. Provide market forecasts, billing and site administration, environmental and efficiency advice, general consultancy and reporting.

Empty sludge interceptors and sealed tanks in Stange municipality from properties not connected to the public sewer network. Perform emptying in accordance with applicable laws, local regulations and the contract.

Empty and transport sludge from private sewage installations in sparsely populated areas of Meløy municipality, and inspect the installations during emptying.

Provide supplementary cleaning and moving services at the contracting authorities’ locations, beyond their own staff capacity and ordinary operations. Services support hygienic, functional premises and include planned and unforeseen moving assignments.

Supply precipitation chemicals for Halden municipality’s water treatment facility and sewage treatment plant. Products include iron coagulants and high-basicity polyaluminium chloride; estimated annual quantities are indicative.
