Design and build 21 units, including associated site works at Fortlawn Estate, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

Provide an integrated design team for a five-bedroom community bungalow on a greenfield site in Milepost, Slieverue. Deliver full services from stage (ii) Design through stage (v) Handover, progressing the project through construction.

Identify and design a flood relief scheme for Mornington-Bettystown and submit it for planning consent. The consultant will procure, manage and oversee construction of the scheme, which must alleviate community flood risk to a determined standard of protection.

Appoint an experienced, suitably qualified architectural-led design team for the heritage-led urban regeneration project at the Fort Museum and Event Centre.

Deliver the Arklow Flood Relief Scheme Main Works under a single-party framework, with provision for additional related works to be awarded as required.

Provide works contractor services, including the role of PSCS, for conservation and adaptation of 14–17 Moore Street and construction of a new visitor facility at 8–9 Moore Lane, Dublin 1.

Supply archival folders in various sizes for the National Archives.

Supply and deliver a comprehensive range of tools, hardware and associated products for the University’s operational, maintenance, technical, engineering, teaching and research needs.
