Provide consultancy services for upgrading and/or relocating the wastewater treatment plant at Glencar Amenity. The works are intended to protect the existing lake and receiving waters.

Supply, deliver, install and commission modular containerised biomass cabins and associated plant at five schools in Counties Louth and Meath. Supply wood pellets and heat for 15 years, including full operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the biomass equipment.

Construct a new 1,753 m², two-storey school extension with classrooms, specialist teaching rooms, ancillary rooms and a Special Needs Unit. Complete associated siteworks and abnormal works, following the architect’s phasing drawing.

Deliver a broad range of civil engineering and associated capital works at Dublin Port and other DPC-controlled lands, including marine and quay works, dredging, roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, remediation, buildings and port electrification. Framework members must be capable of delivering the full range, individually or as a consortium.

Appoint a design team through the existing Zone B enabling framework for renovation, refurbishment and fit-out of a light industrial unit. The facility will support decanting non-acute services from the UHG campus.
