Masonry and tiling work for the maintenance of the contracting authority's buildings. This includes repairs and maintenance of existing building tiling, membrane, pipes and ovens, alteration and renovation works. The list is not exhaustive.

Establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport along the E16 on the håbakken - Voss stretch. The contracting authority needs approx. 50 parking places for heavy transport on the stretch E16 Håbakken-Voss. The individual 24 hour resting places shall have a minimum of 10 and maximum 30 placement places, and shall include a service facility with toilets/showers. Charging stations are to be established in accordance with requirements in point 3.2 hours. The 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the requirements in chapter 3. The contract will be awarded to the tenders that together give the best relationship between price and quality and that best cover the contracting authority ́s need for placement places on the stretch. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 16 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years.

The municipality shall upgrade and expand its stock of containers and equipment for the distribution of emergency water. Emergency water is water with drinking water quality that is delivered and distributed outside the ordinary pipeline network. The equipment will be used when the ordinary supply network fails, for example for natural events such as flooding. The procurement consists of a main delivery and options for further products, additional equipment and supplementary training. The delivery includes collapsible tanks, water bags, tap stations, mobile tanks, pillow tanks/transport tanks and emergency water tanks, as well as training.

Construction work for buildings relating to health, including detailed engineering design services and execution of the project. Phase 1 comprises development up to one fence basis with preliminary project, target price and progress plan. Phase 2 comprises detailed engineering design services and execution of the project.

Framework agreement for winter maintenance covering 9 routes divided into four sub-contracts. Services include snow-clearing, winter equipment, snowploughs, snowblowers, and winter-maintenance materials.

Plumbing services for Østfold Hospital. Includes heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work, central-heating installation work, plumbing and drain-laying work, water plumbing work, and drain-laying work.

Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations, including electrical wiring, fitting, heating electrical equipment, and other electrical installation work.

Lindesnes municipality shall upgrade the treatment process at Grønvika treatment facility (RA). The treatment plant was commissioned in 2000 and the facility currently has BIO-P (active sludge installations) and chemical traps. The aim of the procurement is to enable the plant to meet the current phosphor requirements and make the plant more robust towards future requirements, the aim is that the plant is dimensioned to function up until the year 2050. The execution model for contract E1 - process and machine is interaction with a turnkey contract. This model starts with an interaction phase that ends with a complete and approved preliminary project. Thereafter follows the execution phase which will be carried out as a regular turnkey contract. The contracting authority has the right to cancel the contract before and in connection with the transition between the phases.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of goods and services within door environment and security at the University of Oslo (UiO). The procurement shall cover UiO's need for purchase, installation, configuration, service, maintenance, support and replacement of products, sites and systems within the scope of the agreement. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 – Assa Abloy lock systems, Sub-contract 2 - Lenel OnGuard and accompanying licences, Sub-contract 3 – Service and maintenance.

The procurement includes the replacement of existing mechanical locks, as well as delivery, installation, commissioning of a new and complete electronic locking system, including lock cylinders, digital keys and the accompanying access control administration system. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer for a period of two years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year, so that the maximum total contract period is four years. Product The estimated need for the entire framework agreement period is 600-800 lock cylinders and 15-20 keys. The key system can either be based on physical keys or digital access via the app, depending on the offered system. The contracting authority plans to make a first call-off immediately after the contract has been signed. This call-off is expected to include replacement at approx. 200 installations, equivalent to approx. 400 locks. The stated volume is an estimate, and the contracting authority reserves the right to increase or reduce the volume within the contract ́s limits if budgetary conditions, capacity or progress require this. Services Installation of cylinders is included in the contract. The service contract is not included in the contract. The operation of hardware (cylinders and keys) is included in the operations contract that the Agency for Urban Environment has on technical traffic installations (26-BYM-2025) and in future equivalent agreements. The software/cloud service of the locking system. The procurement is for the licence, operation and support of the software. The contract also includes the establishment of the lock system, including training of the administrator, the construction of an account and access structures in cooperation with BYM.
