Deliver a turnkey project for new construction and renovation at Tordenskjoldsgate school in Kristiansand. Expand capacity and upgrade existing buildings to improve learning facilities, accessibility, technical standards and sustainability.

Provide service, inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, replacements, minor alterations, engineering design and documentation for indoor climate and technical energy systems in municipal buildings. Scope includes ventilation and controls, heating and energy-well components, heat pumps, cooling systems, associated parts, testing and optimisation; fixed annual heat-pump and water-heater servicing is excluded.

Build approximately 9.3 km of four-metre-high perimeter fence and 7–9 km of accompanying perimeter road at Andøya air station. The route crosses marshland and areas of rock and moraine; works are to be planned to maintain the station’s security and operational functions.

Design and construct a new water treatment facility at Biri as a turnkey contract under NS 8407. Scope includes excavation and sheet piling, foundations, process basements and waterproof basins, process hall, technical and administration rooms, HVAC and electrical installations, and external works.

Deliver plumbing, heating and sanitary works for the Lillevik sewage treatment plant expansion, including work in new buildings and alterations. The execution contract is based on NS 8405 and the contracting authority’s special terms.

Build a three-storey extension at Bråvolltunet care home for 18 new hospital places, with changing facilities, a memorial room and storage. Renovate existing premises to create a six-place monitoring unit and new basement facilities, and deliver flood protection and water and sewage works.

Provide architectural client-advisory services for the Mjøsa Hospital project, supporting development through the preliminary project phase and any subsequent project phases. Contribute expertise and working methods aligned with the project’s strategic objectives.

Provide plumbing services, mainly hourly work, materials, or a combination, for operation, maintenance and new procurement of plumbing installations in the Rena, Elverum and Hamar areas. Framework call-offs are allocated by rotation, with mini-competitions for orders above NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT.
