The procurement concerns a framework agreement with one tenderer for periodic security checks of all registration obliged lifting devices that are included in Bergen municipality c/o the Department for Buildings and Properties' property portfolio. The municipality currently has 174 lifts and 132 lifting platforms. The contract can only be carried out by a certified and independent safety control body (SKO). The facilities are placed in buildings divided between three portfolios with each service provider, respectively (1) schools and nurseries, (2) administration and cultural buildings and (3) health buildings. Lists of installations with the accompanying information are attached to the tender documentation. The number of sites can be changed during the contract period due to new buildings, replacements, modernisations, disposals, temporary closures and altered buildings. Other installations in accordance with the machine directive and lift directive may be included in the contract, including the lifting devices that the municipality does not currently have. The contracting authority shall also be able to order additional services beyond periodic inspections such as sample checks, inspections of accidents, control after near-accidents, inspections after modernisation, control by alterations, inspections of owner changes, technical assistance as well as professional assessments and reviews/cooperation on systems. Such services are carried out according to the hourly rate stated in Annex 4A - Price Form. Most of the properties consist of approx. 100 schools and 60 nurseries, in addition to nursing homes, administration buildings, cultural buildings, car parks, the Bergen harbour and sports facilities, with the accompanying outside areas. Some of the buildings are listed/listed with an antiquarian value.

Delivery of equipment for air raid shelters on behalf of Skien, Porsgrunn and Bamble municipalities. The participating municipalities are responsible for air raid shelters owned by the municipalities. The municipalities have carried out condition checks on most air raid shelters and condition checks on the remaining are ordered. A framework agreement shall be signed with a supplier of air raid shelter equipment for the restoration of the air raid shelters.

Helse Bergen HF needs to increase the capacity and reliability of the current laundry. The existing production line was installed in 2010 and it has been subjected to considerable wear and tear over time. The laundry has high production and is dependant on stable and predictable operation. There is, therefore, a need to renew and further develop parts of the production line, at the same time as the existing equipment that continues to function well, shall be able to be included in the future system.

Framework agreement for statutory inspections, service and improvements to lifts owned by Trondheim municipality. Improvement and modernisation work will also be carried out during the contract period.

The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: decorative lighting, park and landscape lighting, squares and urban lighting, sports floodlights, area lighting and space lighting, architectural lighting and facade lighting, historical and culturally adapted lighting, special lighting for special purposes, masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems, control and control systems, sensors and accompanying components, spare parts and accessories. The DPS also includes the accompanying services, including, for example, but not limited to: light calculations, lighting planning and engineering design assistance, programming and configuration of control systems, commissioning and testing, documentation and O&M deliveries, training, service and maintenance services, technical advice and assistance.

The municipality shall upgrade and expand its stock of containers and equipment for the distribution of emergency water. Emergency water is water with drinking water quality that is delivered and distributed outside the ordinary pipeline network. The equipment will be used when the ordinary supply network fails, for example for natural events such as flooding. The procurement consists of a main delivery and options for further products, additional equipment and supplementary training. The delivery includes collapsible tanks, water bags, tap stations, mobile tanks, pillow tanks/transport tanks and emergency water tanks, as well as training.

Electrically powered drum winches for stringing operations on high-voltage overhead lines, including related spare parts, documentation, service, repair and technical support.

ReMidt IKS shall enter into framework agreements for the procurement of material processing machines for its reloading installations. The contracts shall ensure that the contracting authority always makes the most rational, economic and socially responsible procurement for its entities.

Framework agreement for the purchase of furniture for offices and social zones. The objective is to procure products that cover the contracting authority's needs. The framework agreement is not exclusive. The contracting authority reserves the right to conduct its own procurement processes where appropriate. The framework agreement covers the entire assortment within the category office and social zones.
