Provide inspections, servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs for existing perimeter and area protection systems in Vestland. Supply, replace and install gates, turnstiles, vehicle barriers and related components, including limited engineering, adaptation and documentation.

Provide service, inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, replacements, minor alterations, engineering design and documentation for indoor climate and technical energy systems in municipal buildings. Scope includes ventilation and controls, heating and energy-well components, heat pumps, cooling systems, associated parts, testing and optimisation; fixed annual heat-pump and water-heater servicing is excluded.

Provide consulting engineering services in heating, ventilation and sanitary engineering (RIV) for Bærum municipality’s property projects. Other municipal service locations may also use the framework, particularly for environmental engineering, technology and digitalisation.

Deliver engineering design, construction and associated works for a new eight-parallel secondary school of approximately 8,500 m², including access road, parking, infrastructure and external areas. Demolish the existing school and prepare its site as a schoolyard.

Supply electricity at spot price with a mark-up, including physical power procurement. Provide training on reports and the web portal, together with reporting services and portal access.

Provide engineering design services for the Trondenesveien foot and cycle path, covering the route between Hagebyveien and the last exit before Trondenes Church, plus a section toward Festningsveien. The scope includes construction-period follow-up as needed; an option also covers public-transport measures on county road 848 south of central Harstad.

Inspect playgrounds and training parks for participating authorities in accordance with Norwegian playground equipment safety regulations. The scope includes school and nursery playgrounds, fitness parks, parks, ball cages, skateparks, parkour parks, bouldering walls and target cages; individual or extraordinary inspections may also be ordered.

Provide one project manager to lead the user-equipment team for all buildings in the NTNU Campus Collection. Manage implementation within agreed cost, time and quality frameworks.

Supply and operate a cloud-based SaaS system to manage Oslo’s technical base map, plan register, property/land register and property surveying data, replacing locally operated desktop systems. The system must support statutory work, efficient processes and reliable data flows, meet information-security and privacy needs, and include implementation, management, support and further development.

Deliver a turnkey upgrade and expansion of Storetveit secondary school, increasing capacity from 450 to 600 pupils. Renovate and reconstruct the existing school, demolish two buildings and build a new facility including a sports hall. Upgrade outdoor areas for the school and nursery, including traffic safety, roads, spaces and paths.
