The initial call-off covers anonymous occupancy and space-utilisation sensing in timetabled teaching spaces. The solution must integrate with Trinity College Dublin’s existing enterprise network and information systems. At the authority’s discretion and subject to budget, later call-offs may cover building occupancy, environmental and energy/sub-metering sensing.

Provide integrated planning, engineering, environmental, stakeholder-engagement and specialist consultancy services for the Clontarf Flood Defence and Public Realm Project. Initial call-off services cover option identification, scheme development, environmental assessment, statutory consent processes and detailed design, including technical studies, surveys, modelling, assessments, reports, designs and application documentation. The framework may also be used for procurement support, construction-stage, post-consent and other related specialist consultancy services.

Establish and operate a single-party framework for a GIS mapping solution, providing support, development, maintenance and associated services for current and future requirements. Scope includes GIS infrastructure, ArcGIS platform support, data management, accessibility, integration, analytics, governance and ongoing operational support.

Maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, certification and associated support services for CRC hoisting and care equipment, including overhead and mobile hoists, changing tables, pool hoists, shower trolleys and weighing devices. Supply spare parts and replacement components where required.

Design and construction of the 4 km Luas Green Line extension infrastructure, including track, four stops, Broombridge stabling works, a 350-space Park and Ride, bridges, utilities, road and active-travel works, overhead catenary, power and rail systems, and associated urban realm and ancillary works. Includes systems integration, coordination with other works packages and stakeholders, testing and commissioning.
