De oplossing moet het beheer, de toegankelijkheid en het hergebruik van digitale assets ondersteunen, lifecycle-informatie (metadata, statussen, bewaartermijnen) beheren en geschikt zijn voor verschillende diensten met uiteenlopende noden. Inclusief migratie van bestaande digital assets en metadata.

Levering en onderhoud van softwarelicenties, abonnementen en ondersteuningsdiensten voor het documentmanagementsysteem Documentum (OpenText) van het provinciebestuur Vlaams-Brabant. Inclusief technische en functionele expertise voor diverse opdrachten, ondersteuning van de bestaande omgeving, optimalisatie, evolutie en mogelijke afbouw. Mogelijkheid tot beroep op expertise voor archiverings- en rationalisatietrajecten.

Aanschaf en implementatie van software voor de optimalisatie van thuiszorgprocessen (gezinszorg, poetsdienst, karweidienst, dagverzorging, kortverblijf, woonzorg). De software moet webbased zijn, gehost bij de leverancier, compatibel met Windows Server 20149, Citrix ready, en koppelingen bieden met Vesta, Pluxee, BelRAI, VSB, Power BI en Azure Active Directory. Inclusief overkoepelend zorgdossier, planningstool, medewerkersapp, wachtlijstbeheer en jobtracker. Aangekocht volgens SAAS-principe.

Een geïntegreerde oplossing ter ondersteuning van het beheer van locaties, toestellen en bijhorende onderhoudsprocessen. IT-diensten: adviezen, softwareontwikkeling, internet en ondersteuning.

Maintenance, support, upgrade and further development of Customs SEED+ and related customs digital systems. The platform supports the systematic electronic exchange and processing of customs data and pre-arrival information between CEFTA Customs Administrations and, through the Green Lanes initiative, with participating EU Member States. Its functionalities support the monitoring and matching of customs data and goods movements, customs risk management, trade facilitation, monitoring of crossing point performance, statistics and reporting, and the implementation of common customs cooperation tools. The contract will support the continued operation and further technical development of the Green Lanes, as well as the further development of digital functionalities related to coordinated customs risk management, including, where relevant, the exchange of risk information, common risk profiles, rapid customs alerts, inspection and control results, truck weighing and scanner information, improved waiting-time measurement, and advanced data analysis and targeting functionalities. Further developments may also include AEO cooperation and prioritisation, priority treatment of consignments containing perishable goods, and other customs cooperation measures agreed by the CEFTA Parties. Interoperability between Customs SEED+, local customs systems and other relevant systems will be further strengthened through APIs, web services and other technical solutions enabling structured and automated data exchange, reducing duplicate data entry and improving data quality. The contract will also support the progressive technical adaptation of Customs SEED+ to the evolving Union Customs Code (UCC) framework and related EU customs digital systems and data-exchange requirements, with a view to strengthening interoperability with relevant EU customs systems and supporting closer customs cooperation between CEFTA and the EU.

Het aankopen van Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), inclusief de benodigde licenties, het onderhoud en de ondersteuning.

De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst en omvat hoofdzakelijk: - Het ontwerpen van bruggen (proevenprogramma, stabiliteitstechnisch, fundering, onderbouw, bovenbouw, …); - Opmaken van nodige studies en documenten voor het verkrijgen van de omgevingsvergunning voor deze brugontwerpen. De diensten omvatten (niet limitatief): - opmaken start- en/of projectnota en evaluatienota - opmeting bestaande toestand - opmaak volledig wegenisdossier - opmaak volledig brugontwerpdossier - aanwezigheid en ondersteuning bij infozittingen naar de bevolking toe - opmaken aanbestedingsbundel - opmaken dossier voor het aanvragen van de omgevingsvergunning en eventuele andere vergunningsaanvragen - opmaken eventuele onteigeningsplannen

Belgoprocess is op zoek naar een nieuw tekeningbeheersysteem voor het centraal beheren, raadplegen en visualiseren van technische tekeningen. Dit systeem moet bijdragen aan een efficiënte en gestructureerde aanpak van tekenbeheer, zowel intern als in samenwerking met externe partners. Belgoprocess maakt standaard gebruik van verschillende tekenpakketten, waaronder Autocad, Inventor, Revit en andere. Een maximale integratie met deze pakketten is dan ook essentieel. Het gewenste systeem dient minstens te voorzien in de volgende algemene functionaliteiten: • Statusbeheer van documenten en tekeningen • Rollenbeheer en toegangscontrole • Automatische notificaties • Een flexibele en configureerbare goedkeuringsflow
