Supply and deliver new starting stalls for HRI racecourses and eligible affiliated or associated bodies. The initial anticipated requirement is two 16-bay starting stalls for Tipperary Racecourse; the framework may cover requirements at up to 20 racecourses in the Republic of Ireland.

Provide general and works-related geothermal engineering consultancy under a single-party framework. The first project is the GEMINI Geothermal Design Project, with further potential appointments drawn down under the framework.

Build a single-storey extension to the north side of St Edward’s National School, including one classroom and four S.E.T. rooms. Connect to existing site services, carry out works to the Irish Water drop manhole and complete associated site works.

Conduct a geothermal feasibility study and Thermal Response Test at University Hospital Galway to assess supplying heating and cooling to a proposed new building. Evaluate shallow horizontal loops, deep vertical loops and aquifer-based water-to-water systems.

Provide marine civil engineering consultancy for the appraisal and Stage 1 of measures addressing wave resonance and seiching at Dunmore East Fishery Harbour Centre. Deliver the strategic assessment, preliminary business case and Stage 1 reports culminating in a Definitive Project Brief, supported by infrastructure financial and economic appraisal, quantity-surveyor cost and lifecycle estimates, review of existing data and stakeholder engagement.

Provide a multidisciplinary consultancy team to progress preliminary and detailed design, statutory planning, enabling works and procurement, construction, and handover for the scheme. Fulfil the PSDP role and procure specialist services needed to complete the project.

Appoint a works contractor, including PSCS, to conserve and adapt 14–17 Moore Street and deliver a new visitor facility at 8–9 Moore Lane, Dublin 1.

Retrofit an automatic high-pressure water mist system across both basement car parking levels at Walter Scott House, Military Road, Dublin 8.

Provide engineering consultancy for NORA’s additional loading rack and dual-purpose kerosene storage tank.

Provide multidisciplinary, landscape-architect-led consultancy for a circa 18-acre public open space at Lakeside–Highfield, Dara Park, Newbridge. Prepare the masterplan, secure Part 8 planning approval, develop detailed design and tender documentation, and provide construction-stage services for phased development.
