Provide an integrated human resources information system with outsourced payroll and pension management. Include workforce and people management, performance management, time and attendance, and reporting functionality.

Provide a comprehensive managed service for the NTA’s dedicated standalone ServiceNow instances, including support and maintenance, system administration, configuration and development, upgrades and releases, incident and problem management, security and governance, reporting, training, licensing management, third-party integrations, transition services, hosting, and specialist resources or consultancy as required.

Supply, install, integrate, commission and acceptance-test a complete Drive-by-Wire system for autonomous vehicle research; provide training and support. Propose a compatible road-legal right-hand-drive battery-electric passenger vehicle platform, sourced separately by FMCI. Enable electronic control of steering, propulsion, braking, gear selection and indicators, manual override, emergency stop and fail-safe operation, low-speed remote control, and a documented ROS 2 interface deployable on AArch64/ARM64 and NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Orin. Provide objective functional and interface acceptance tests and avoid undisclosed mandatory subscriptions or unsupported proprietary interfaces.
