DEMOLITION LEGERE - CURAGE. Les prestations du lot sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Durée : 3 mois hors période de préparation de 2 mois.

Wartung und Instandsetzung von 412 Jalousien am Gesamtgebäude mit 5 Stockwerken und folgenden Herstellern und Fabrikaten: Krülland / Dunker. Die Wartung je Standort soll einmal jährlich erfolgen.

Bauvorhaben: Neubau Internistisches Zentralgebäude (Zentralbau II) Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH. Bestandteile der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind unter anderem: Abschnitt 1 in den Geschossen UG bis 1.OG Deckenbekleidungen an StB-Decken mit Rasterdecken 625x 625 mm: ca. 1.390 m2, Freitragende GK-Decken F0-F90: ca. 959 m2, Abgehangene GK.-Decken F0-F90: ca. 3.362 m2, Akustikdecke mit gelochten Platten: ca. 1.107 m2, Selbstständige Brandschutzdecke F30: ca. 3.700 m2, Deckenschotts F0-F90: ca. 386 m, Decken-Versprung: ca. 298 m, Revisionsklappen: ca. 394 St, Lichtvouten, Leibungen, Schattenfugen: ca. 176 m, Friese: ca. 1.173 m, Fugenverschluss: ca. 9.120 m, Freitragende Metall-Langfeld-Decke: ca. 1.913 m2. Alle Bauteile verstehen sich inkl. den im LV beschriebenen Dienstleistungen.

Bauleistungen im Hochbau für den Neubau der Schulanlage Tüffenwies, spezifisch für BKP 277.2 Feststehende Elementwände.

Neubau Betriebsfeuerwehr - Zentrale. Komplett- oder Teilbauleistungen im Hochbau sowie Tiefbauarbeiten.

Intézményekben lévő játszóeszközök cseréje, valamint esési terek cseréje és javítása Budapest XVIII. kerületében. Az eljárás tárgyát 12 intézményi helyszínen összesen 53 db játszóeszköz, ill. esési tér cseréje képezi. Kizárólag az MSZ EN 1176 szabványnak - vagy azzal egyenértékű európai szabványnak - megfelelő eszköz szállítható. A nyertes ajánlattevő feladatát képezi továbbá a játszótér használatba vételéhez szükséges ellenőrző vizsgálat megrendelése és a használatba vételt engedélyező jegyzőkönyv megszerzése. A leszállított eszközökre és az elvégzett munkákra minimum 60 hónapos jótállás vállalása szükséges.

Maintenance and repairs of plumbing and sanitary installations with accompanying materials; Renovation and new installation of pipes and sanitary installations; Service of sprinkler installations; Inspections and service of recovery valves; FG inspection of sprinkler installations; Tredje part control on new buildings when needed; Replacement of water meters, up to 600 water meters per year. The service includes plumbing work in connection with municipal buildings, communal housing, and rental housing.

Establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport along the E16 on the håbakken - Voss stretch. The contracting authority needs approx. 50 parking places for heavy transport on the stretch E16 Håbakken-Voss. The individual 24 hour resting places shall have a minimum of 10 and maximum 30 placement places, and shall include a service facility with toilets/showers. Charging stations are to be established in accordance with requirements in point 3.2 hours. The 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the requirements in chapter 3. The contract will be awarded to the tenders that together give the best relationship between price and quality and that best cover the contracting authority ́s need for placement places on the stretch. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 16 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years.
