Provide technical assistance to strengthen the Ministry of Mining and Energy’s administrative and institutional capacities in EU integration, energy efficiency policy and legislative alignment. Support gap analysis; drafting or amending energy-efficiency legislation; developing methodologies to monitor and report energy savings in line with the EU acquis and Energy Community obligations; and knowledge transfer and capacity building for implementation of the revised EU energy-efficiency framework.
