Replace four clean transport lifts at junctions 10 and 11 in the transport facility at Haukeland Hospital. Integrate the lifts into the existing AWT automation and control system, and deliver them tested and ready for normal operation. The procurement also includes an option for six additional lifts.

Supply and implement a standardised security system with camera monitoring, alarms and access control at all 12 Child Protection and Health Board locations. The system is intended to improve personal security and response to threats and violence; associated assistance may also be required.

Supply keys, fittings and locking materials, including parts and equipment for lock systems. Replace, repair and maintain lockboxes, lock systems and door automation in the municipality’s buildings.

Supply a fire lift for fire and rescue services in line with the technical requirements. The scope is described as a vehicle procurement.

Supply one factory-new wheel loader for Lillestrøm municipality’s outdoor operations, with an accompanying service contract.

Supply electrical materials for the operation and maintenance of churches, cemeteries and other properties. Provide project-specific pricing and delivery for major projects under a framework agreement with one supplier.

Demonstrate novel zero- and low-emission vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft.

Supply workwear, shoes and protective equipment for daily employee use under a framework agreement with one supplier. The expected user group is approximately 90–120 employees, subject to change.

Qualification scheme for demonstrating zero- and low-emission aircraft in regional aviation.

Supply one new electric crawler excavator with an operating weight of at least 29 tonnes, including repair services and service-agreement options. The evaluation considers machine functionality, repair and spare-parts support, delivery time, battery capacity, battery life and charging time.
