Provide an experienced consultancy team to develop a future organisation and business design for the merged Housing and Building Directorate. Lead a structured, inclusive process and deliver a recommendation; the framework may also support other organisation-development projects.

Provide flexible procurement support, primarily operational assistance with planning, implementing and quality-assuring public procurements. Assignments may also cover consultancy, analysis, reviews, contract follow-up, process improvement and skills development, from short-term advice to longer resource engagements.

Provide round-the-clock stationary and mobile security services at Kristiansand Port, including access and security checks, patrols, inspections, incident response and standby call-outs. Support ISPS security measures, ship calls and port operations, with capacity to scale up and digital event logging and reporting.

Provide consultancy broker services, sourcing consultants in operations and infrastructure security, consultancy services, product, project and process management, UX and service design, system development, and analysis. Support cost-efficient procurement and simplified administration and follow-up of hired consultants.

Supply a market information system for Troms County. The assignment includes customer interviews and reporting; further scope is set out in the assignment description.

Provide expert public procurement support to FMA’s procurement staff, including procurement preparation and competition management, handling access requests and appeals, quality assurance, and ongoing advice.

Provide strategic and creative development of NRK’s profile, brands and design programme, including strategic consultancy, concept development and specialist design. Scope spans brand management and design, digital products and services, TV and motion design, and global brand insights; coordination with other suppliers may be required.

Provide professional assistance for the municipality’s general property valuations, including developing and calibrating the valuation model, sampling, training, quality assurance, special-property valuations, and support for public inspections and complaints.

Develop, plan, deliver and evaluate a management development programme to support NIBIO’s new organisational structure, roles, collaboration areas and interaction requirements.

Operate properties and carry out statutory internal control. Record control points and property deviations in Oslobygg’s system, improve and follow up deviations, conduct reception control, and liaise with property technical managers and tenants.
