Delivery, installation and commissioning of complete navigation simulators for Nord-Troms sixth form college, skjervøy school and Senja sixth form college, Department Gibostad. The delivery includes simulator stations for pupils and instructors, necessary hardware and software, accompanying licences, cabling, integration with relevant existing equipment and adapted furnishing. The system shall facilitate realistic training in navigation, manoeuvring, GMDSS communication, interaction between vessels and exercises across disciplines. The simulators shall be able to be controlled together from the instructor station, support joint scenarios and give good possibilities for real time management, recording, documentation and evaluation of exercises. Flexibility is also wanted for future expansions and integrations, including an option for a fishing module. The assignment includes further training in use and operation, documentation, proposals for a room system and any infrastructure requirements, as well as a service and maintenance agreement with support and access to spare parts.

The ambition is to explore a broad possibility room and develop concepts that challenge the current structures, at the same time remain within overall cultural policy objectives and administrative frameworks. The assignment shall start from the knowledge already established through the preliminary project and contribute to exploring how different means can be adapted and combined to meet the challenges identified. It is vital that the concepts are developed with a general perspective on the financing process and that they see the connection between the current and future means. The assignment shall not primarily be about improving existing individual schemes, but on exploring how a future system can be designed to provide better goal achievement, greater flexibility, better liquidity and increased industry sustainability. NFI requests concepts that challenge established mindsets and practices, and at the same time are relevant and sufficiently mature to form the basis for further analyses, impact assessments and strategic decisions.

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of a production instrument for cell therapy at Rikshospitalet, the Department for Immunology and Transfusion Medicine, Section for ex vivo cell laboratory. The instrument system shall be used for GMP compatible final processing of cell therapy products (ATMP), including CAR-T cells. The system shall support a standardised, automated and functionally closed work flow for final processing of cell products. This includes i.a. formulation, addition of formulation buffer and cryoprotectant, homogenisation, aliquotation, filling and sealing of final containers. The scope of the agreement is for the procurement of one instrument, with an option for a further one instrument with software as well as the accompanying consumables. In addition options shall be offered on service agreements/servicing.
