Das übergeordnete Ziel ist die Verbesserung der Biodiversität, der Wasserqualität und der Klimaresilienz.

Gestaltung, Planung und behördliche Genehmigung für die Minderung der Auswirkungen von drei (3) instream barriers in den Demonstrations-Einzugsgebieten des LIFE-Projekts Waters of LIFE. Zwei Barrieren befinden sich im Shournagh Demonstrations-Einzugsgebiet in Co. Cork und eine im Graney Demonstrations-Einzugsgebiet in Co. Clare. Dies ist die Phase 1 des Prozesses.
