Framework agreement for rental of event equipment and associated delivery, collection, assembly, dismantling, and technical/professional assistance for Ringsaker Municipality. Equipment includes crowd control barriers, cable and ground protection, toilets and mobile toilet trailers, sales and refrigerated containers, wheelchair-accessible platforms, telehandlers, generators, distribution boxes and extension cables. Covers planned events, unforeseen incidents, temporary road and area closures, and call-off site inspections, needs assessments and professional assistance.

The objective of the procurement is to ensure the contracting authority's need for high quality office and health furniture and in a cost efficient, environmentally and socially responsible manner. The framework agreements shall support the municipality's need for continuous replacement and supplementing of furniture in different types of entities, including health and care institutions, office buildings and other municipal locations. The scope includes, but is not limited to, furniture for administration, workplaces, meeting rooms, common areas, patient and resident rooms, as well as other institution and service premises.

Delivery, installation and commissioning of complete navigation simulators for Nord-Troms sixth form college, skjervøy school and Senja sixth form college, Department Gibostad. The delivery includes simulator stations for pupils and instructors, necessary hardware and software, accompanying licences, cabling, integration with relevant existing equipment and adapted furnishing. The system shall facilitate realistic training in navigation, manoeuvring, GMDSS communication, interaction between vessels and exercises across disciplines. The simulators shall be able to be controlled together from the instructor station, support joint scenarios and give good possibilities for real time management, recording, documentation and evaluation of exercises. Flexibility is also wanted for future expansions and integrations, including an option for a fishing module. The assignment includes further training in use and operation, documentation, proposals for a room system and any infrastructure requirements, as well as a service and maintenance agreement with support and access to spare parts.

116 fans shall be purchased for three different tunnels in western Norway. E39 Lyderhorntunnelen - 28, E39 Byfjord tunnel - 43, E39 Mastrafjord tunnel - 45. The fans shall be assembled by the contracting authority's contractor in the area.

The procurement shall cover the need for ticket sales and information desks and lockers at the Viking Age Museum. The procurement concerns engineering design, production and establishment of an integrated information counter and changing rooms as part of an ongoing construction project, including necessary construction works, building floors, integration and assembly at the construction site. The information counter shall be a central part of the former Oseberg wing of the existing building, now Vestibylen, which becomes a central point of contact for the public on the way both in and out of the museum. Changing rooms for the public shall be placed over three floors, in the former Oseberg wing in the existing building. The area is expected to have a high impact on persons, by a broad target group of visitors. The requested functionalities shall have a high level of quality, both as regards execution, functionality and durability.

Delivery of promotional and gift items with a print and/or logo for NTNU. The products are used for events, distribution to students, collaboration partners, gifts for employees and for representation. Includes chocolate, chocolate products, chocolate bars, clothing, footwear, luggage articles and accessories, pullovers, cups, business services (law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security), printing and related services, and graphic design services.

Framework agreement for the delivery of consumables for cleaning. The estimated annual procurement is NOK 1,100,000 - NOK 1,500,000 for consumables for cleaning. A contract shall be signed for the entire municipality. The agreement period is 24 months with an option for an extension of (1+1) year.

Framework agreement for Printing Services and Corporate Merchandise. Includes bespoke printed matter, advertising material, forms, ballpoint pens, business cards, information and promotion products, and printing and related services.
