The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: decorative lighting, park and landscape lighting, squares and urban lighting, sports floodlights, area lighting and space lighting, architectural lighting and facade lighting, historical and culturally adapted lighting, special lighting for special purposes, masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems, control and control systems, sensors and accompanying components, spare parts and accessories. The DPS also includes the accompanying services, including, for example, but not limited to: light calculations, lighting planning and engineering design assistance, programming and configuration of control systems, commissioning and testing, documentation and O&M deliveries, training, service and maintenance services, technical advice and assistance.

Operational and maintenance assignments, with independent responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads and county foot/cycle paths with associated side facilities, side areas, equipment and installations in contract area 3406 Solør 2027-2033. The assignment mainly comprises routine operational assignments and maintenance assignments on the road network. The assignment also includes inspections, inspections and registration, planning of the company, stand-by as well as winter operations and general traffic management, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public and handling other assignments necessary for operation and maintenance of the road network.

Samnanger municipality shall establish the Samnanger arena, a new sports facility in Hagabotnane. The project includes a sports hall, activity hall and football pitch with an accompanying gardero bar, technical installations and the necessary infrastructure. The procurement shall be carried out as a turnkey contract.

The DIO shall cover all needs related to technical stage assistance, but the primary event will be Arendalsuka. Arendal municipality will be able to use this agreement for other events where there is a need for technical assistance. The scope concerns technical assistance for production of stage content and lectures during Arendalsuka, among other things. This includes technical coordination, technical equipment and technical manpower. Arendalsuka's own stages are largely hired out to different actors, so the offered technical personnel must also be able to function as a good representative of Arendal municipality. Concerns a high degree of service, stretches longer than just its discipline, and takes one overall responsibility for seamless liquidation. This contract involves sound, lighting and stage, and in some cases also AV technical systems.

Execution of road, water and sewage work; hire of machines with or without drivers; hire of skilled workers/operators; execution of drilling and blasting work; independent minor ground work; W&S work (sprinkler jobs, ditches, cables, drainage); ground surveys and excavation assistance; purification of roadsides and ditches; option for framework agreement for acute needs.

The aim of the scheme is to ensure assistance for the contracting authority, both professionally and process wise for projects if the contracting authority does not have the capacity to carry out the work itself.

Establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place along the E134/E18 Kongsberg-Asker. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration needs approx. 100 parking spaces on the stretch E134 Kongsberg-Drammen and E18 Drammen-Asker. Each individual 24 hour resting place shall as a minimum have parking places for 15 wagon trains and shall include a service facility with toilets, showers and charging stations. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 24 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years.
