In connection with project no. 1263101 (UiO HSH Facade Rehabilitation), Statsbygg invites tenders for the design-build contract K202 Ventilation Units. This design-build contract (K202) primarily entails replacing existing ventilation units with new ones in the rooftop plant room. Additionally, related technical installations will be upgraded. This design-build contract (K202 Ventilation Units) will be assigned to the main design-build contractor responsible for the facade rehabilitation (K201 Facade Rehabilitation). Installation and commissioning of the new ventilation units are scheduled for the summer of 2027, taking advantage of the university's low activity level during the May–August period. The contract includes the following options: Option 1: New supply riser to the rooftop plant room; Option 2: Cleaning of ventilation ducts.

Establishment of a new, upgraded square system in Kvinesdal centre, with a stage/amphitheatre, roof superstructure, play area, meeting places, planting and street/parking. In addition, upgrade of some city centre streets and replacement of water and sewage pipelines. Subject areas include: Road and ground work, landscape design, concrete work, joinery, masonry, electro and water and sewage works, assembly of wood structures and demolition and environmental clearance.

Development and renovation of the Pharmacy Building - The University of Oslo. The contract will be carried out as an interaction in two phases, development and implementation phase, with target price as remuneration model.

Operation and maintenance of the road network and urban areas in the centre of Oslo. Contract works include cleaning and handling waste, draining, patching asphalt holes, gritting, snow clearing and removing snow. Minor maintenance work such as replacing edge stones, repairing damaged or worn speed bumps and replacing damaged drains. Duty scheme and stand-by contract for unforeseen events. Minor investment measures including crossing tensioning, establishing of new speed bumps, pruning along the pavement, upgrading/asphalting/maintaining stretches with walking and cycle paths.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into contract for upgrading the administration building in the form of two storey additions and alterations/renovations of the existing three floors. The body on the 4th floor shall contain a laboratory and office landscape. The 5th floor addition includes a canteen, meeting room and auditorium. The basement floor shall have expanded changing rooms capacity, a new escape route and a new toilet and wet room system. The first and second floors shall be modernised to a new office landscape in addition to new toilets and wet rooms. Ventilation aggregates shall also be constructed over the existing workshop building in addition to some outdoor work.

A foot and cycle path shall be constructed in connection with the construction of the new Veiavangen secondary school. The development plan requires the development of a foot and cycle path and noise reduction screen along Nedbergkollveien. These are the order requirements for the new Veiavangen school. The intention is to create a safe school road. The project includes the development of approx. 300 m foot and cycle path with a central discount, approx. 300 m new surface water pipeline with drains and approx. 500m new road light installations in addition to cable trenches for fibre, electricity (low voltage and high voltage). The existing aerial stretch shall be in the ground. The existing iron heat must be dealt with in the execution. The district heating pipes must be freed in stages according to the excavation plan. All of Nedbergkollveien will be side-moved to make room for the foot and cycle path. This means that the pavement on the north side must be established. A new noise reduction screen with a height of 2 m shall also be constructed here. Due to quick clay requirements for filling with light matter and the use of light machines. On the south side, retaining walls, braid fence, plank fence and hedge shall be established. The county road must be kept open with a minimum of one lane in the execution. DA needs a tenderer who can assist with advice, communication and film production that supports the competence work in Norway's courts (the courts and the courts administration). The Norwegian Courts Administration requests a joint venture partner with film competence in production of films as a means of use in learning and competence development.
