La mission a pour objet d'assister Bordeaux Métropole dans la définition d'une stratégie d'évolution des plateformes de compostage de Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, dans une perspective de continuité de service, d'optimisation des usages et de valorisation du foncier et des infrastructures existantes. La mission poursuit les finalités suivantes : - établir un diagnostic partagé, objectivé et exploitable par les décideurs ; - comparer exactement trois scénarios d'évolution selon une même trame d'analyse ; - sécuriser la décision de Bordeaux Métropole au regard des enjeux techniques, juridiques, financiers et organisationnels ; - préparer, si Bordeaux Métropole le décide, les suites opérationnelles et contractuelles du scénario retenu.

The ECB requires electrical engineering planning services with regard to all planning phases according to HOAI, including site supervision of construction, renovation, maintenance and building works (gem. § 53 (2) HOAI: ALG4. Power Distribution (Starkstromanlagen); ALG5. Fire Alarm Systems and Passive I.T. Networks (Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen); ALG5 – Audio Media Technology; ALG6. Lifts (Förderanlagen). Several Tasks and projects might be planned and executed in parallel. The scope for planning services according to HOAI will be commissioned, depending on the entire scope of the task or project with or without the external architect. Deliverables are to be agreed at the start of each planning phase but will be as per VDI 6026 unless agreed otherwise. The ECB intends to award a framework contract for these services with a duration of four years with an envisaged starting date in Q1/2027. Signing this Contract shall not impose any obligation on the ECB to order the services. The performance of services is subject to the issue of an order (the 'Order') specifying the scope of services to be performed, the time limits and the remuneration. The scope of the different tasks and projects will be agreed between ECB and the contractor in front of an individual call off.

The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: decorative lighting, park and landscape lighting, squares and urban lighting, sports floodlights, area lighting and space lighting, architectural lighting and facade lighting, historical and culturally adapted lighting, special lighting for special purposes, masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems, control and control systems, sensors and accompanying components, spare parts and accessories. The DPS also includes the accompanying services, including, for example, but not limited to: light calculations, lighting planning and engineering design assistance, programming and configuration of control systems, commissioning and testing, documentation and O&M deliveries, training, service and maintenance services, technical advice and assistance.
