Support the existing multi-site, on-premises Citrix and Microsoft SQL infrastructure used across HSE-funded organisations.

Provide the Cornerstone platform and required content subscription, including platform and content support and maintenance.

Supply, maintenance and support of Citrix DaaS, Virtual Apps and Desktops for approximately 11,000 users. Scope also includes Citrix product and licence support, maintenance of four NetScaler MPX 9200 appliances, priority support and escalation, training, professional services and annual health checks.
