Provide integrated client-side advisory support across the programme lifecycle, including design and planning, programme and project management, procurement and contract management, cost, schedule and risk management, and technical oversight. Advise on commercial, financial, digital, environmental and safety matters for the initial portfolio of Sundabraut, the Hvalfjörður tunnel second bore and Ölfusárbrú; further projects may be added.

Provide fault response, maintenance, repair, installation and associated works for mechanical and electrical equipment across electricity, water, wastewater and district heating systems. The framework includes electrical installation services and metalworking and electrical services for mechanical equipment.

Provision of damage assessment and related expert services under a framework agreement.

Provide detailed engineering design and consultancy for the extension of Sundabakki Quay, including the quay structure and associated systems and infrastructure. Prepare technical specifications and tender documents for the subsequent construction works, developing two alternative design options.

Supply equipment, install and lay cables and connections, and deliver an inspected basic electrical distribution system for NLSH’s new buildings and the site between them.

Construct Núpur and Ölmóðsey dams and associated spillways, bridges, fishways, canals, intake, penstock foundations, powerhouse, tunnels, surge basin, access roads and permanent water supply. Install related mechanical and electrical systems, piping, cables, routes and site facilities for use by other contracts.

Prepare and trenchlessly line foul-water and stormwater sewer pipelines, including cleaning and inspection, solution design, materials installation and curing, connection finishing, testing and documentation. Related repairs, local rehabilitation and temporary bypass arrangements may also be required; water and district-heating pipeline lining may be called off where applicable requirements permit.

Construct, complete and deliver fully finished portable modular units for lease to FSRE at Hlíð Nursing Home.

Provide detailed engineering design and consultancy for extending Sundabakki Quay, including the quay structure and associated systems and infrastructure. Prepare tender documents and technical specifications for the subsequent construction contract.

Purchase and install relocatable modular units to expand Suðurvellir Preschool. The units must accommodate three preschool groups and include staff facilities.
