Replace four clean transport lifts at junctions 10 and 11 in the transport facility at Haukeland Hospital. Integrate the lifts into the existing AWT automation and control system, and deliver them tested and ready for normal operation. The procurement also includes an option for six additional lifts.

Construct the 4.2 km Kløfta road tunnel, including portals, technical rooms and buildings, turnaround, tunnel electrical installations and safety testing. Works also include road links on both sides, a mass depot, stopping area and treatment plant.

Supply keys, fittings and locking materials, including parts and equipment for lock systems. Replace, repair and maintain lockboxes, lock systems and door automation in the municipality’s buildings.

Renovate and reinforce parts of the underground car park’s supporting system, including columns, consoles and column tops. Works include membrane and damp-proofing repairs, local concrete repairs, fire insulation and measures to limit further deterioration. The garage must remain fully operational during construction.

Supply and operate a cloud-based SaaS system to manage Oslo’s technical base map, plan register, property/land register and property surveying data, replacing locally operated desktop systems. The system must support statutory work, efficient processes and reliable data flows, meet information-security and privacy needs, and include implementation, management, support and further development.

Review and map avalanche hazards in nine areas and flood hazards in four waterways in Rendalen. Conduct data reviews, site inspections, calculations and modelling, and deliver reports and maps for municipal planning, building applications and emergency preparedness.

Deliver a turnkey upgrade and expansion of Storetveit secondary school, increasing capacity from 450 to 600 pupils. Renovate and reconstruct the existing school, demolish two buildings and build a new facility including a sports hall. Upgrade outdoor areas for the school and nursery, including traffic safety, roads, spaces and paths.

Hire scaffolding for annual revision outages, unforeseen outages and other work at Returkraft. Scaffolding is needed to clean and inspect the boiler internally and to support boiler repairs.

Supply electrical materials for the operation and maintenance of churches, cemeteries and other properties. Provide project-specific pricing and delivery for major projects under a framework agreement with one supplier.

Design and construct a new water treatment facility at Biri as a turnkey contract under NS 8407. Scope includes excavation and sheet piling, foundations, process basements and waterproof basins, process hall, technical and administration rooms, HVAC and electrical installations, and external works.
