The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single party Framework Agreement for services to inspect and maintain fire extinguishers and fire detection and alarm systems in High Voltage substations. Specialist energy consulting services to undertake comprehensive 'Stage 0' energy audits and decarbonisation assessments across 30 Significant Energy User (SEU) healthcare facilities throughout Ireland. The programme forms part of the health sector's broader energy efficiency and decarbonisation strategy and is intended to support compliance with national and European energy and climate obligations, including the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), Climate Action Plan targets, and public sector energy efficiency obligations.

Identification, design and submission for planning consent of a Flood Relief Scheme to alleviate the risk of flooding in the community of Nenagh. Tasks include completing the detailed design and procuring, managing and overseeing the construction of the Scheme. The Consultant will progress both the Engineering and Environmental elements of the Tender Specification.

Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) services to support new construction and major refurbishment projects at Dublin and Cork Airports. The framework will provide access to competent PSDP providers who can fulfil their statutory duties under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, while assisting in achieving best practice in design risk management, regulatory compliance, and project governance.

Area Based Transport Assessment, District Level Transport Plan and Local Level Transport Plans for Western Side of South Dublin County.

Thermal Upgrade Works under the CASWS 2025 at St. Colmcille's National School, The Quay, Westport, County Mayo, comprising attic insulation and pumped cavity wall insulation to a relatively standard 1990s cavity block and pitched roof school building.

Establishment of a Multi-Party Framework for Consultancy Services for Strategic Environmental Assessment and Appropriate Assessment of Limerick City and County Council Plans and Strategies. The Framework will be established in foot of an initial contract for the • Strategic Environmental Assessment screening and Strategic Environmental Assessment where found necessary for Proposed Variation No.4 to the Limerick City and County Development Plan 2022-2028. And • Appropriate Assessment screening and Appropriate Assessment where found necessary for Proposed Variation no.4 to the Limerick City and County Development Plan 2022-2028.
