The procurement covers a single contract for two operational vessels built on a common platform with virtually identical catamaran hulls. The vessels are to be designed to allow for potential future conversion to electric propulsion. The vessels will replace existing craft and be used for operational tasks, maintenance, and archipelago services in the inner Oslo Fjord. Both vessels are to be delivered with a petrol-powered propulsion system: Operations vessel 1 will be based at Hovedøya. Operations vessel 2 will be based at Håøya. The operational tasks require robust vessels capable of beaching and docking in shallow waters, as well as operating in narrow and confined bays.

Delivery, installation and commissioning of complete navigation simulators for Nord-Troms sixth form college, skjervøy school and Senja sixth form college, Department Gibostad. The delivery includes simulator stations for pupils and instructors, necessary hardware and software, accompanying licences, cabling, integration with relevant existing equipment and adapted furnishing. The system shall facilitate realistic training in navigation, manoeuvring, GMDSS communication, interaction between vessels and exercises across disciplines. The simulators shall be able to be controlled together from the instructor station, support joint scenarios and give good possibilities for real time management, recording, documentation and evaluation of exercises. Flexibility is also wanted for future expansions and integrations, including an option for a fishing module. The assignment includes further training in use and operation, documentation, proposals for a room system and any infrastructure requirements, as well as a service and maintenance agreement with support and access to spare parts.

Dynamic purchasing scheme for the procurement and operational leasing of light vehicles and minibuses. Light vehicles means vehicles under 3.5 tonnes, mainly passenger cars and goods vans, as well as mini buses with up to 17 seats. The vehicles that will be procured are primarily, but not limited to: Passenger vehicle, Multi-purpose vehicle (up to 9 seats), Goods vans (all types including pick-up, under 3.5 tons), Minibus (up to 17 seats).

Ullensvang municipality shall enter into a contract for the procurement of a new harbour boat, which shall be delivered to the current stand-by requirements and shall be operated by transport and emergency along the sea road. The boat is scheduled to enter the regional emergency structure in Hardanger, including the aim of being able to be used by other public actors. The vessel is intended as a multi-purpose resource that will cover several municipal contractors, such as ISPS control, harbour inspections, infrastructure, landslide and inspections.

As of 1 June 2026, the Agency for Waste Management and Recycling (REG) has 1,067 freestanding collection units for glass and metal packaging in various sizes, distributed across 955 collection sites in the City of Oslo. A procurement process will now be carried out for new collection units as part of the measures to achieve the targeted collection volumes, as well as for the replacement of existing collection units for the City of Oslo.

The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: decorative lighting, park and landscape lighting, squares and urban lighting, sports floodlights, area lighting and space lighting, architectural lighting and facade lighting, historical and culturally adapted lighting, special lighting for special purposes, masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems, control and control systems, sensors and accompanying components, spare parts and accessories.
