Provide service, inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, replacements, minor alterations, engineering design and documentation for indoor climate and technical energy systems in municipal buildings. Scope includes ventilation and controls, heating and energy-well components, heat pumps, cooling systems, associated parts, testing and optimisation; fixed annual heat-pump and water-heater servicing is excluded.

Provide plumbing services, mainly hourly work, materials and combined supply-and-service, for operation, maintenance and new procurement of plumbing installations in Innlandet, mainly Lillehammer.

Drill approximately 815 m through rock and uncompacted ground and approximately 18 m beneath roads for water and wastewater pipelines, as Contract 2 of the Smååsane–Støleheia infrastructure project.

Supply electricity at spot price with a mark-up, including physical power procurement. Provide training on reports and the web portal, together with reporting services and portal access.

Provide engineering design services for the Trondenesveien foot and cycle path, covering the route between Hagebyveien and the last exit before Trondenes Church, plus a section toward Festningsveien. The scope includes construction-period follow-up as needed; an option also covers public-transport measures on county road 848 south of central Harstad.

Provide service, operation and maintenance for electrical installations, including low-voltage ICT, network and alarm systems; undertake electrical troubleshooting, inspections and controls, cabling/network work, engineering design and NS 8407 contract projects, plus related services.

Supply a cable management system (CMS), extraction cabinets and the necessary interfaces with the other shore-power installations.

Supply and deliver safes, fire cupboards and security cabinets for the Norwegian Parliament, including products with documented fire and burglary protection. Provide service and maintenance for existing and newly procured cabinets, including repairs and support for standardised products and lock solutions.

Inspect playgrounds and training parks for participating authorities in accordance with Norwegian playground equipment safety regulations. The scope includes school and nursery playgrounds, fitness parks, parks, ball cages, skateparks, parkour parks, bouldering walls and target cages; individual or extraordinary inspections may also be ordered.

Hire modular barracks for a temporary school for approximately 140 pupils at Nybyen/Baneheia. Provide design services and act as responsible applicant; deliver, transport, assemble and complete the modules, then dismantle and remove them when the lease ends.
