Delivery, installation and commissioning of complete navigation simulators for Nord-Troms sixth form college, skjervøy school and Senja sixth form college, Department Gibostad. The delivery includes simulator stations for pupils and instructors, necessary hardware and software, accompanying licences, cabling, integration with relevant existing equipment and adapted furnishing. The system shall facilitate realistic training in navigation, manoeuvring, GMDSS communication, interaction between vessels and exercises across disciplines. The simulators shall be able to be controlled together from the instructor station, support joint scenarios and give good possibilities for real time management, recording, documentation and evaluation of exercises. Flexibility is also wanted for future expansions and integrations, including an option for a fishing module. The assignment includes further training in use and operation, documentation, proposals for a room system and any infrastructure requirements, as well as a service and maintenance agreement with support and access to spare parts.

Light vehicles means vehicles under 3.5 tonnes, mainly passenger cars and goods vans, as well as mini buses with up to 17 seats. The contracting authority would like a scheme that shall cover the need for self-transport, as well as safeguard regional and local guidelines in order to reduce climate and environmental impact. The contracting authority would like the future fleet to be turned towards becoming significantly more climate-friendly and environmentally friendly and in the long term only consist of fossil free vehicles. Tenderers are required to have the delivery of vehicles and workshops in the contracting authority's local area. The vehicles that will be procured are primarily, but not limited to: Passenger vehicle, Multi-purpose vehicle (up to 9 seats), Goods vans (all types including pick-up, under 3.5 tons), Minibus (up to 17 seats).

The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: decorative lighting, park and landscape lighting, squares and urban lighting, sports floodlights, area lighting and space lighting, architectural lighting and facade lighting, historical and culturally adapted lighting, special lighting for special purposes, masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems, control and control systems, sensors and accompanying components, spare parts and accessories.
