Integrated maintenance service, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Emergency Works, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, Minor Building Works, statutory compliance activities and associated maintenance services required to support occupied residential developments and common areas.

Installation and commissioning of a new air handling unit and chiller within the Hospital's existing V6b plantroom and chiller compound. The appointed contractor will act as PSCS for the project.
