The Services comprise the necessary regulatory services to underpin Phase 2 of BnM's Peatland Rehabilitation Scheme, which will consist of the rehabilitation of up to circa 8,300 hectares (ha) and associated decommissioning works on BnM peatlands. This includes, at a minimum, the continuation of services for Phase 2 in relation to: ecology, hydrology, GIS, remote sensing and associated administration.

Inspection of ventilation system, Ventilation equipment, Ventilation ducting, Ventilation installation work, Parts of heat pumps, Heat pumps. Single Party Framework for the provision of Heat Pump and Ventilation servicing and maintenance of social housing.

Professional services in the areas of staff energy awareness, Behavioural Change, Energy Auditing/Reporting, Optimisation of Building Management Systems (BMS) and controls in Central Government and Public Sector Facilities. Includes validation of energy loggers and metering, appointment of energy advisors, and staff engagement.

Installation and commissioning of a new air handling unit and chiller within the Hospital's existing V6b plantroom and chiller compound. The appointed contractor will act as PSCS for the project.

Provision of Programme Oversight and Assurance Services in relation to the MetroLink Programme. The Successful Tenderer shall provide project support and day-to-day management of the oversight and assurance of MetroLink from the Approving Authority perspective.
