Kragerø kommune skal bygge et nytt sentralt renseanlegg som skal erstatte de fem eksisterende kommunale renseanlegg. De nedlagte installasjonene er Helle, Kil, Kragerø, Kirkesund og Stabbestad. I tillegg til nedleggelsen av de fem anleggene, skal det nye anlegget ha kapasitet til å motta avløpsvann fra ytterligere to private renseanlegg samt for ytterligere utvikling. Det nye anlegget er planlagt med en kapasitet på 30 000 PE og skal oppfylle behandlingskrav for fosforfjerning, sekundærrensing og nitrogenrensing. I tillegg skal det reserveres plass for kvartsrensing.

Turnkey-contract for ground work and construction of a new transformer station (one station building and two of five transformer cells), establishment of a ground cable connection to end mast M22, and cable trenches between Statnett's transformer station at Gismarvik and Haugaland Næringspark. The transformer station shall be certified in accordance with BREEAM-NOR v.6.0.
