Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment is responsible for administering, operating and developing municipal urban areas in Oslo, including roads, streets, cycle paths and footpaths, parks, recreational areas, sports and outdoor recreation facilities, as well as areas in Marka and Inner Oslofjord. The agency shall ensure clean, safe and available urban areas with good maintenance, lighting and waste management. The contracting authority shall enter into parallel framework agreements for outdoor installations or lighting and other electrical installations, with two to three tenderers provided that we have enough qualified tenderers. The framework agreement shall replace the current equivalent framework agreement, which expires 28.11.2026. The framework agreement shall cover the need for outdoor installation of lighting and other electrical installations, when upgrading the existing installations and the establishment of new installations. The contractual works shall include electrical services, primarily for lighting installations (light fixtures and control system). The framework agreement shall also cover other electrical disciplines such as arrangement current, development of infrastructure and assembly of lighting fixtures, including lighting of streets, squares and meeting places, parks, green areas and sports facilities as well as lighting in the fields. The framework agreement shall cover the delivery of individual goods, including masts and foundations.

On behalf of 13 municipalities and 1 private waterworks in the former Oppland county, the Operational assistance for water and sewage in Oppland (DiO) invites tenderers to a tender competition on laboratory services for analysing drinking water in accordance with the requirements in the Drinking Water Regulations.

Laboratory services analysing sewage water for the period 2027-2031 with options for extension to 2034. The procurement of laboratory services shall cover the municipality's need for analyses of water and sludge samples from a sewage treatment facility. Services include water and wastewater services, geotechnical services, coastal technical services, road technical services, building permit process advice, urban planning services, construction management support, and environmental consultancy services.

Parallel framework agreements for contractor services for the execution of projects within transport, roads and parks in Drammen municipality. Works include construction, renovation and maintenance of municipal roads, foot and cycle paths, pavements, parks, green areas, spaces and the accompanying infrastructure installations. Works can include ground and terrain work, asphalt works, kerbstones, surface water handling, lighting installations, landscape works as well as other necessary contractor works.
