The aim of this notice is to fill a role as an ABAP developer in CIT DRIV. The consultant shall take care of the role within ABAP with a focus within the SAP modules ECC and SRM and primarily within the discipline HR, secondary to Logistics, Finance and Structure.

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for the procurement of a debt collection system for municipal self-collection, the system shall be used for follow-up and collection of all types of requirements for Fredrikstad municipality, Hvaler municipality and Fredrikstad Church Council and shall be provided as cloud services (SaaS).

The Main Rescue Centre shall replace the current 3 layers virtualisation and storage system. The offered system shall be based on HPE Simlivity 325 Gen11. Six Simplivity nodes shall be delivered in total. Three shall be delivered to the Main Rescue Centre in North Norway (Bodø) and three shall be delivered to the Main Rescue Centre, Department South Norway (Sola).

The Norwegian Ministry of Justice and Public Security needs multi-disciplinary and cross-sectoral knowledge connected to our areas of responsibility. The Ministry is responsible for the judiciary, correctional facilities, the police and prosecution authorities, the rescue service, public security, immigration authorities and the polar regions. The Ministry currently needs analyses, evaluations, and summaries of research/knowledge. Occasionally, the Ministry also needs knowledge on development in other sectors of the Norwegian society, with consequences for our own sector. This can be relevant for all of our responsible areas and it can vary from small analyses to more comprehensive evaluations, where relevant research-based knowledge is used. The framework agreement period is 2 years from contract signing. The contracting authority has the right to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years (a maximum of 4 years altogether). The framework agreement's financial extent is estimated to be a minimum of NOK 800,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of NOK 6.4 million excluding VAT (NOK 8 million including VAT) per annum. The Ministry would like a flexible contract, with the scope each year based on the Ministry's actual need for analysis from year to year. The framework agreement is not exclusive.

The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the delivery of consumables for the Norwegian Health Network. The contract shall cover the company's ongoing need for, among other things, office supplies, cleaning and toilet accessories (for procurements not covered by the existing cleaning agreements), canteen articles and ergonomic products. The agreement shall ensure: cost efficient and predictable procurements simple and efficient ordering, administration and delivery access to a relevant, needs adapted and standardised product assortment high quality of products and services compliance with requirements for climate, environment and sustainability good delivery security and availability of products in the contract period The tenderer shall offer a user friendly internet shop that facilitates efficient ordering processes and simple, sustainable procurement choices. The product assortment shall cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing needs throughout the entire contract period, with particular emphasis on products that are ordered frequently. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The agreement is not exclusive. The contracting authority shall, however, as far as appropriate and cover the contracting authority's needs, use the contract for the procurement of products included in the contract. Some product areas are currently covered through other contracts, including cleaning services that include i.a. toilet paper, soap and equivalent products. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to use this contract for such products if the need, organisation or contractual conditions are changed in the contract period. It has been considered that dividing the procurement into sub-contracts would not be appropriate. The division will result in increased administrative work connected to ordering, contract management and follow-up, without this being assessed to provide equivalent gains for the Contracting Authority. See the requirement specification for further details on the delivery's content, scope and requirements for products, ordering system and deliveries. In 2025 the contracting authority had a total consumption of approx. NOK 750,000 within consumables. Canteen articles accounted for the largest portion of the consumption by approx. 69%. Coffee was by far the most purchased product and accounted for about 55% of the total consumption. Office supplies amounted to approx. 19%, while cleaning and toilet articles accounted for approx. 9%. The category ergonomics and other products amounted to the remaining 3%. The estimated contract value over a four year period is estimated to be between NOK 3.0 million and NOK 4.3 million excluding VAT. The maximum value of the contract (roof value) is estimated to NOK 5,400,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value and value are based on the contracting authority's expected need at the time of publication and do not involve any obligation to make procurements for a specific volume. The actual call-off will depend on the contracting authority's ongoing needs throughout the contract period.

The competition is for the delivery of a system for the procurement and administration of digital teaching aids, teaching aids, teaching resources and production tools - hereafter collectively called digital teaching aids. The procurement also includes a web system for ordering, overview and administration of licences. The system handles reports and statistics showing both the procurement of licences and the actual use of the licences. The contracting authority needs the system to be delivered as an ongoing service.

The competition is for a framework agreement for printed school books and accompanying products. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. Maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.

The aim of the tender enquiry is to enter into a contract for independent consultancy services within AV equipment and video production systems for the university and university college sector, as well as Sikt's other customers. The consultancy shall cover mapping, planning, project management, requirement specifications, evaluation, follow-up of deliveries and general advice connected to the procurement and use of AV equipment and video production systems. The consultant shall be independent of the suppliers of AV equipment and the accompanying services, so that recommendations are given exclusively in the contracting authority ́s and the customer companies ́ interest.

Consultancy related to design, system, installation, maintenance, improvements, further development, phasing/disposal etc. The procurement shall also include advice and guidance for call-offs/orders for this contract.
