Supply outdoor fixed playground and fitness equipment, including fall surfacing, with assembly where requested. Assignments may also include dismantling and removing existing equipment, excavation, foundations, and consultancy with design proposals or visualisations.

Supply water, sewage and HVAC materials for operation and maintenance of Halden municipality’s infrastructure. The framework may also cover investment and water/sewage clearance projects; call-offs use ranking, with mini-competitions above NOK 125,000 excluding VAT.

Framework agreement for renovation of water pipelines and manholes using no-dig methods, including reconnecting private service pipes. Limited traditional trench excavation is included where no-dig work is not feasible; controlled drilling, pilot pipe drilling and hose renovation are excluded.

Investigate avalanche hazards in steep terrain in line with TEK17 and NVE guidance, covering avalanches, mudslides, rockfall, landslides and flood avalanches. Provide independent quality assurance of these investigations and potentially other avalanche hazard assessments; assignments must be deliverable nationwide.

Deliver planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs to bridges on national roads in Mid-Norway, including concrete, steel, timber, railing, drainage, joints, membranes, surfacing and erosion protection. Provide emergency and improvement works as called off under the framework.

Provide regular collection, transport, sorting and treatment of waste from the Norwegian Parliament, including safety shredding. Hire and operate compressors, and provide advice, reporting and waste-data follow-up.

Provide internal and external painting, wallpapering, floor laying and associated materials and equipment for maintenance, upgrades and renovation of municipal buildings and properties. Coordinate works with the authority and its users; up to three suppliers may be appointed under the framework.

Provide electrical, automation and calibration services for process installations, including work during maintenance stoppages, fault recovery, preventive and corrective maintenance, alterations and modifications. The scope also covers other work requiring an authorised electrical installation business.

Provide locksmith services and supply locks, fittings, key systems and access-control products, together with related services.

Review and map avalanche hazards in nine areas and flood hazards in four watercourses in Rendalen. Undertake data review, site inspections, analyses and modelling, and deliver reports and usable maps and GIS documentation for municipal planning and preparedness.
