Construct an approximately 660 m outer breakwater north of Vardø Harbour's entrance, in water depths up to 35 m. Dredge and deepen the Hasselneset seabed, including underwater rock blasting and approximately 45,000 m³ of excavation, reusing suitable excavated material in the breakwater. Works include marine logistics and compliance with environmental and seasonal constraints.

Construct a new submarine wastewater transfer pipeline between Djupavikjo and Skjersholmane, conveying sewage south to the planned treatment facility. Use low-carbon class A concrete and PE pipes meeting the specified maximum production emissions, documented by a third-party EPD.

Design and construct a new water treatment facility at Biri as a turnkey contract under NS 8407. Scope includes excavation and sheet piling, foundations, process basements and waterproof basins, process hall, technical and administration rooms, HVAC and electrical installations, and external works.

Supply electrical materials for the operation and maintenance of churches, cemeteries and other properties. Provide project-specific pricing and delivery for major projects under a framework agreement with one supplier.

Provide project management, contract-strategy development and project support on the builder side for GIVAS’s future sewage system project. Staff central roles in the builder organisation and support the builder function as GIVAS assesses renovation of existing facilities against a new joint treatment facility. Technical engineering design is procured separately.

Construct a new approximately 8,500 m², eight-stream secondary school for about 720 pupils and 90 staff, including an access road, parking, infrastructure and external areas. Demolish the existing school and complete the resulting schoolyard.

Provide engineering design services and construct the Simulator Centre North Norway at Setermoen camp. The project includes teaching facilities, a technical wing, an equipment hall and an external vehicle parking area.

Carry out varied bridge maintenance in Innlandet and Buskerud, including concrete repairs, structural alterations, railing and drainage works, joint and asphalt repairs, and surface treatment. Monitor bridges and report observed damage. Environmental requirements include low-carbon concrete where technically appropriate, 90% zero-emission light vehicles and minimum EURO 6/Stage IV for diesel vehicles and machinery.

Supply a complete treatment plant for landfill leachate, including all equipment necessary for operation, installation, commissioning and training. Provide plant dimensions and interface information to support building design and coordination with pumps procured separately by BIR.

Supply and install fire curtains, fire gates, rapid doors and roller shutters for the high-rise building and base of the somatic building. Deliver complete systems, including controls and components; work is paid through a combination of measured work and fixed unit prices.
