Luftambulansetjenesten HF (LAT) shall procure accounting, payroll and HR services, whose purpose is to ensure efficient, quality assured and user friendly processes for accounting, payroll and personnel administration, as well as good management information and compliance with the current rules. The procurement shall cover the Contracting Authority ́s need for ongoing accounting, payroll services and the preparation of Annual Financial Statements with notes. Furthermore, the tenderer shall offer integrated system solutions that support, among other things, travel expenses and outlay refund, time registration, absence registration and follow-up and rota planning. The contracting authority would like a stable and flexible delivery with high availability and sufficient capacity to handle variations in the need for assistance. The contract shall allow for the extent of the assistance to be increased as needed, for example by sick leave, organisational changes or other conditions that lead to an increased need for support.

The procurement shall cover the need for ticket sales and information desks and lockers at the Viking Age Museum. The procurement concerns engineering design, production and establishment of an integrated information counter and changing rooms as part of an ongoing construction project, including necessary construction works, building floors, integration and assembly at the construction site. The information counter shall be a central part of the former Oseberg wing of the existing building, now Vestibylen, which becomes a central point of contact for the public on the way both in and out of the museum. Changing rooms for the public shall be placed over three floors, in the former Oseberg wing in the existing building. The area is expected to have a high impact on persons, by a broad target group of visitors. The requested functionalities shall have a high level of quality, both as regards execution, functionality and durability.

Ruter needs a service provider who can provide qualified customer advisers/informants for various information and guidance assignments. The assignments can i.a. concern deviations in traffic, route changes, events, market activities and other situations where Ruter needs staffing to ensure customer communication and practical assistance.

The aim of the procurement is to offer an expanded and comprehensive company health service that covers both ordinary health and working environment needs and strengthens the company's ability for emergency preparedness and crisis management. Health services in connection with: imposed travel and stationing (Advice, vaccination, health examinations and trope medicine) 3. Crisis management before, during and after acute events for employees and the accompanying Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs a customised company health service that must, in addition to statutory BHT, cover crisis management, vaccination, health examinations and trope medicine. The need is divided into three categories, see above. The service must have the flexibility to deal with unpredictable events and crises, and periods with high demand up until departure in August. In addition there is a need to be open during summer months. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like one service provider who can deliver together for the entire need. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will depend on the tenderer providing the services for vaccinating, health surveys and physical support calls in Oslo. The tenderer's personnel are required to communicate fluently in Norwegian and English, both oral and written. This is necessary in order to ensure quality in health assessments, consultations, crisis management and follow-up of employees and accompanying family members.

Security guard services for the courthouse in Tromsø. The Courthouse has premises in three floors and a basement and has a usable area of approx. 5,000 m2 and consists of a meeting hall, 11 courtrooms, teaching rooms, meeting rooms, canteen, office departments etc. There are approx. 60 employees in the courthouse in Tromsø, and the number of visitors is estimated to be approx. 50-60 on average per day.
