The contracting authority shall carry out a media conversion of approx. 270 shelf metres (sm) with paper archive, as well as memory units and CDs. The paper archive shall be organised, listed and media converted. The memory units and CDs shall be archived on the same basis as the paper archive. The objective of the media conversion of the physical archive is to replace the paper originals with a fully fledged digital version, so that the paper originals can be destroyed after the quality control of the new digital original has been implemented. The archives shall be available in digital format to Oslo Byarkiv in accordance with the requirements set by the City Archive, including preservation and barracks rules as they are in Oslo municipality ́s preservation and barracks plan (OKA).

Establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport along the E16 on the håbakken - Voss stretch. The contracting authority needs approx. 50 parking places for heavy transport on the stretch E16 Håbakken-Voss. The individual 24 hour resting places shall have a minimum of 10 and maximum 30 placement places, and shall include a service facility with toilets/showers. Charging stations are to be established in accordance with requirements in point 3.2 hours. The 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the requirements in chapter 3. The contract will be awarded to the tenders that together give the best relationship between price and quality and that best cover the contracting authority ́s need for placement places on the stretch. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 16 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of goods and services within door environment and security at the University of Oslo (UiO). The procurement shall cover UiO's need for purchase, installation, configuration, service, maintenance, support and replacement of products, sites and systems within the scope of the agreement. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 – Assa Abloy lock systems, Sub-contract 2 - Lenel OnGuard and accompanying licences, Sub-contract 3 – Service and maintenance.

The assignment shall be carried out in BIR's administration building at Lungegårdskaien 42. The canteen was first used in March 2023. The canteen is equipped with necessary kitchen machines, fixtures and detachments. Electricity, public fees, internet, cutlery, porcelain, new kitchen machines/detachments as well as daily cleaning of customer areas will be taken care of and costly by BIR AS. The canteen can cover a day need of approx. 80 employees + any guests that are on the building. The number of visitors to the canteen is subject to varying. It is estimated that there will be an average of approx. 35-40 users/visitors per workday. This is mainly justified by the home office scheme for BIR's employees. As regards the later requirements and price set up, the Tenderer shall use 35 users on average per workday (Monday - Friday).

The contract includes canteen management (variation and quality of food, portion of food made from the ground up, special dietary needs, healthy meals, menu development) and cleaning services (methodology, quality control, deviation management, follow-up plans).

The DIO shall cover all needs related to technical stage assistance, but the primary event will be Arendalsuka. Arendal municipality will be able to use this agreement for other events where there is a need for technical assistance. The scope concerns technical assistance for production of stage content and lectures during Arendalsuka, among other things. This includes technical coordination, technical equipment and technical manpower. Arendalsuka's own stages are largely hired out to different actors, so the offered technical personnel must also be able to function as a good representative of Arendal municipality. Concerns a high degree of service, stretches longer than just its discipline, and takes one overall responsibility for seamless liquidation. This contract involves sound, lighting and stage, and in some cases also AV technical systems.

Dynamic purchasing system (DIO) for entering into a school camp for 7th grade. Qualified camp schools include Jønnbu School of Camps, Evjetun School of Camps, Hallingdal School of Camps, Sjøsanden School Camp, Hove School Camp, and Aarholt-tunet school camp. Schools can decide on contract duration (one year or several years) and may combine several schools.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration needs approx. 100 parking spaces on the stretch E134 Kongsberg-Drammen and E18 Drammen-Asker. The Norwegian Environment Agency shall establish a dynamic procurement scheme (DPS) for forest inventory as part of the work with forest protection. The mapping will be carried out after standard instruction or based on the assignment description. The mapping will normally include mapping in accordance with NiN, species registrations and textual descriptions.
