The lease price covers 700 operating hours annually, 4,900 hours in total; the supplier bears equipment financial and residual-value risk and takes the machine back at lease end.

Supply diesel, petrol and AdBlue from stations for emergency and administrative vehicles, with access across relevant locations. The framework may also cover vehicle operating products and services, oils, accessories, kiosk goods and quick charging for official journeys.

Provide annual servicing and maintenance of ventilation systems, heat pumps and fixed dehumidifiers at water and wastewater facilities in Bergen and Bjørnafjorden, including filters, minor repairs, replacement parts and service reporting. Perform approved additional troubleshooting, repairs, installations and related equipment or parts supply at offered hourly rates or mark-ups.

Provide security-awareness courses preparing personnel for service, assignments or travel to areas affected by armed conflict, instability or elevated security risks. Training should build skills to reduce threats to life and health and handle critical incidents.
