The Consultant's Services shall address all relevant site constraints, including continuity of operations, health and safety requirements, phasing of works, and coordination with stakeholders. The scope includes multidisciplinary design services to deliver a compliant, functional, and cost-effective solution in accordance with the Client's requirements and applicable statutory standards.
