Provide technical consultancy supporting DSA’s regulatory work, including review and assessment of technical documentation and support during inspections. Advise on nuclear security, used-fuel and radioactive-waste handling, radiation protection and risk assessment in preparation for and during nuclear-facility shutdowns.

Provide external planning consultants to produce municipal social plans, municipal area plans, coastal-zone plans, area sub-plans and area development plans. Other municipality-owned plan types may be commissioned where a specific need is justified.

Provide locksmith services under a framework agreement in Tromsø.

Supply electricity for the full needs of Alta, Porsanger and Lebesby municipalities and provide portfolio management. Management of concession-power sales may also be requested. Each municipality will enter into a separate contract.

Provide plumbing services and associated materials through parallel framework agreements. The scope covers service and sanitation in the Romerike and Hadeland zones, plus expanded plumbing competence across both zones.

Upgrade the stage machinery at Surnadal Arts Centre, including dismantling the existing rigging and supplying and installing new stage equipment and control systems. Motorise selected stage functions and deliver and install control-power cabling. The upgrade must comply with NS-EN 17206:2020.

Develop a new artificial grass football field at the existing Sandved site, including groundworks, levelling, a shock-absorption layer, fill-free turf and pitch markings. Install lighting, fencing, ball-stop netting and access facilities.

Provide consultancy, planning and engineering design for street and road planning, mobility, transport and zoning plans, with emphasis on attractive streets and urban areas. Support municipal investment projects, including Bypakken Haugesund-Karmøy, and meet relevant planning, road-authority and technical requirements.

Provide electrician services across Drammen Eiendom KF properties under parallel framework agreements intended for 4–7 electrical companies, covering 10 municipal property areas.

Supply, order and transport electrical materials to user locations in Vågan municipality, and provide electrician and related services for the municipality group and Lofoten IKT. Scope includes automation, ICT, and water and sewage services; deliveries are DDP Vågan municipality.
