Turnkey contractor for the construction of Nordkjosbotn School after the fire. The building shall include classrooms, libraries, communal areas, offices, WC and other social rooms. The project includes complete re-entry of approx. 205 m2, re-entry of a complete school building on the existing concrete cover approx. 950 m2, alteration of buildings not directly damaged by the fire, and demolition of existing buildings approx. 250 m2. Total area approx. 2,525 m2 gross.

Sveio Kommune führt einen schlüsselfertigen Vertrag für den Bau eines neuen Gesundheitszentrums im Zentrum von Sveio aus, ca. 1600 m². Das Projekt soll Arztpraxen, Gesundheitszentren, Kinder- und Familienbereiche sowie eine Zahnklinik beherbergen. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt als Wettbewerb mit Verhandlungen und Vorausqualifikation; Bieter reichen ein Lizenzvorschlag ein.

Koordinator for utførelse (KU) skal oppfølge følgende kontrakter: M1 Bio-stadium og separasjon, M3 Slambehandling og foreløpig behandling, M4 Avvanning, B1 Grunnarbeid, B2 Byggearbeid, E0 Høyspentforsyning, E1 Elektrisk kraft, 2 Driftsstyring/automatisering, E3 Byggeplasskraft, V1 Varme og sanitære installasjoner, V2 Ventilasjon. Start av byggearbeid for kontrakt B2 er fastsatt til januar 2027. KU skal starte samtidig.
