Supply, deliver, install and commission modular containerised biomass cabins and associated plantroom equipment at six schools. Supply and deliver wood pellets, sell heat, and provide full operation, maintenance, repairs and equipment replacement for 15 years under separate works and energy-supply contracts.

Refurbish and alter approximately 248 m² of the Blackthorn Unit for Community Day Care. Works include internal alterations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, replacement or upgrading of windows and roofing, an infill extension, external paths and ramps, and thermal insulation improvements.

Supply one 18,000-litre bitumen sprayer and one 13,000-litre bitumen sprayer to Cork County Council.

Complete the large multipurpose space with replacement windows, building services and new kitchen units. Construct a glazed link and refurbish the smaller hall with new toilets, completed building services and site works.

Provide civil and structural engineering consultancy, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and Assigned Certifier services for a 48-unit social housing development at Main Street, Sallins, under PW-CF2.

Design and build the 4 km Luas Green Line extension from Finglas to Dublin city centre, including track, four stops, stabling works, a 350-space Park and Ride, bridges, roads, utilities, power, signalling and other rail systems. Coordinate interfaces and stakeholders, integrate systems, and complete testing and commissioning.

Provide multidisciplinary design and consulting services for Claureen Enabling Road Phase 2, including civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, urban design, quantity surveying and PSDP. The road will enable an initial development of more than 200 homes and support potential further housing development.

Supply and deliver new starting stalls for HRI racecourses and eligible affiliated or associated bodies. The initial anticipated requirement is two 16-bay starting stalls for Tipperary Racecourse; the framework may cover requirements at up to 20 racecourses in the Republic of Ireland.

Provide general and works-related geothermal engineering consultancy under a single-party framework. The first project is the GEMINI Geothermal Design Project, with further potential appointments drawn down under the framework.

Build a single-storey extension to the north side of St Edward’s National School, including one classroom and four S.E.T. rooms. Connect to existing site services, carry out works to the Irish Water drop manhole and complete associated site works.
