Provide waste-management services under a single-supplier framework, including suitable bins, wheelie bins, compostable or biodegradable bins and skips. Support storage and removal of all specified waste streams in line with environmental best practice and applicable regulations.

Provide waste management services at the Civic Waste Facility at Ballyogan Recycling Park.

Provide routine maintenance and daily cleaning of Dublin City Council public toilets. Initial service covers seven toilets and two urinals at St. Stephen’s Green, delivered by two staff from 10:00 to 18:00; labour rates must include cleaning products and equipment.

Establish a multi-party framework for specialist consultancy in environmental assessment, ecology, flood risk and related fields, including carrying out Appropriate Assessment (AA), Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) for plans.

Supply and install up to two new or refurbished automated public toilets, then provide maintenance and cleaning. Louth County Council will provide fully serviced concrete bases.

Provide soft facilities management for the MetroLink project team at Coopers Cross, including two reception staff and two facilities assistants, cleaning, office supplies, courier, taxi and postal services, catering supplies and confidential shredding. Maintain facilities equipment and specified fire, first-aid, smoke-detection and Zip Tap systems, and support future MetroLink site offices.

Provide pest control services to Dublin City Council swimming pools, leisure facilities, community centres and recreation centres under a single-operator framework. An initial four-year contract is planned, with up to two optional annual extensions.

Provide a comprehensive pest management system for Glenveagh National Park.

Supply, installation and commissioning of solar photovoltaic systems at An Post properties throughout the Republic of Ireland, with maintenance during the applicable warranty period. The system may also be used for later call-offs for support, maintenance and/or ongoing enhancements, without guaranteed volume.

Design and install a solar photovoltaic system, battery energy storage system and two electric vehicle charging points at the National Bioeconomy Pilot Plant in Lisheen.
