Scope also includes Citrix product and licence support, maintenance of four NetScaler MPX 9200 appliances, priority support and escalation, training, professional services and annual health checks.

Provide an external Data Protection Officer and GDPR consultancy, including strategic advice, operational support, compliance monitoring, governance reporting, risk support and staff guidance.

Supply archival folders in various sizes for the National Archives.

Supply various sizes of archival boxes for the National Archives.

Provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, optimisation, support and development for Skillnet Ireland’s website ecosystem. Work collaboratively to keep the website an effective communications platform, stakeholder engagement tool and gateway to its supports and services.

Provide senior business consultancy to support TG4’s management team, with knowledge of the television broadcasting industry. Services are expected to total approximately 60 days per year, spread across the year.

Provide an integrated human resources information system with outsourced payroll and pension management. Include workforce and people management, performance management, time and attendance, and reporting functionality.
