Extend Workshops 1 and 2 by two structural bays each and replace the existing Workshop 1 roof. Include associated groundworks, structural steelwork, walls, roofing, cladding, drainage alterations, electrical works, fire protection, doors, finishes and ancillary works.

Supply various sizes of archival boxes for the National Archives.

Demolish the vacated 3,257 m² single-storey school buildings, including ancillary structures, footings and hardstanding. Remove trees and disused drainage and utility systems, including underground attenuation tanks, clearing the site ahead of construction of a new multi-storey school.

Replace the dual-fuel auxiliary steam boiler, controls and external gas skid during 2027, including removal of existing plant, installation of the new equipment and necessary building works. Design and integrate with the site's electrical, fuel, controls, fire, civil, structural, ventilation, steam and feedwater systems; modify foundations if required.

Provide general and works-related geothermal engineering consultancy services under a single-party framework. The GEMINI Geothermal Design Project is the first project; further appointments may be drawn down under the framework.

Provide civil and structural engineering consultancy for decentralizing the campus central heating system at University Hospital Galway, under the existing Zone B Enabling Works Framework.

Deliver Package 1 of the Grand Canal Greenway Phase 2: widen and resurface a 7 km trail between Lock 20 and Shee Bridge Boardwalk, and construct the ST02 pedestrian bridge at Lock 18. Improve public and private road junctions, underbridge crossings and the Ticknevin road junction, with associated ancillary works.

Develop and construct a veterinary teaching hospital at ATU’s Knocknamona campus, including small-animal, large-animal and equine facilities, pathology, animal accommodation, external yards and associated infrastructure. Deliver the development in phases, with the initial hospital able to operate independently as a clinical facility.

Carry out painting works at the National Biorrefinery Pilot Plant.

Construct a single-storey, one-bedroom dwelling and create an apartment within part of the existing community centre. Include all ancillary site development works.
