Design and build of a bus depot facility for electric buses, including administrative offices, vehicle washing and cleaning building, maintenance bays, workshops, security facilities, vehicle inspection bays, electrical substation compound, transformer buildings, car parking facilities, cycle parking facilities, and all associated ancillary works.

Delivery of a significant programme of housing projects (social and affordable housing) utilising primarily the Design and Build (DB) delivery model. Includes building construction, multi-dwelling buildings, electrical installation, mechanical installations, and development of residential real estate.

Remedial works to the external building facade to resolve water ingress issues and to restore the integrity of the external facade against further water ingress. Works include external wall treatments, remedial detailing, works to roof overhangs, fascias and soffits, associated internal remedial and repair works. Additionally, installation of attic insulation and pumped cavity wall insulation, and supply and installation of a bike rack.

Installation and commissioning of a new air handling unit and chiller within the Hospital's existing V6b plantroom and chiller compound. The appointed contractor will act as PSCS for the project.

Full architectural/mechanical/electrical refurbishment of Cottage No.16 at Muckross, on the N71, Killarney Kenmare route. Competent building contractors with experience in restoration of old buildings of historical and architectural merit are invited.
