The system must support dialogue, case handling and follow-up, and the provider must make an initial assessment of whether a report qualifies as a notification and relay that assessment to the responsible entity.

Provide qualified temporary health personnel for assignments in Setermoen, including certified nurses, paramedics, health workers and mental health nurses. The municipality intends to award parallel framework agreements.

Provide independent operational and ICT consultancy, especially for planning and delivering digitalisation initiatives and project and programme management. Tasks may include change and portfolio management, benefits realisation, procurement support, contract follow-up, quality assurance and decision support; routine production operations and maintenance are excluded.

Securely convert old media through separately managed call-offs, with adaptations as needed. Handle variable media volumes and potentially new formats.
