Druckleitung (Schwerpunkte): - 551 Abwasseranlagen: - Abwasserdruckleitung. Die Halle ist ein L-förmiger Baukörper mit einer Gesamtlänge 60,00 m und einer Breite von 40,10 m. Die Halle ist Erdgeschossig. Der nördliche Hallenteil, in dem die Anlieferung untergebracht ist, ist teilweise unterkellert. Die Firsthöhe des Pultdaches liegt bei ca. 11,12 m. Die Lange Seite der Halle hat eine Pultdachhöhe von ca. 16,20 m. Im Süd-westlichen Hallenteil befindet sich eine Pelletheizung. Die Halle wird in Stahlbeton-Skelettbauweise mit Dachtragwerk aus Holzbindern mit Sandwichpaneel ausgeführt. Die gesamte Bruttogrundfläche der Halle beträgt 1.642 m². Im Südwesten der Halle befindet sich das Verwaltungsgebäude, das durch eine Brandwand abgetrennt erstellt wird. Das Verwaltungsgebäude besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss und einem Obergeschoss. Es hat eine Länge von 15,19 m und eine Breite von 9,89 m. Das gesamte Gebäude wird in massiver Bauart aus Stahlbeton errichtet. Das Dach wird als Flachdach mit Attika und Bitumenabdichtung erstellt. Das oberste Geschoss, in dem Aufenthaltsräume möglich sind, liegt im Mittel 3,21 m über der Geländeoberfläche. Das Verwaltungsgebäude besteht aus einer Nutzungseinheit. Die Bruttogrundfläche des Verwaltungsgebäudes beträgt 151 m² Höhe 7,00m.

The procurement entails the design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolysis system for hydrogen production at the JRC Ispra site. The core of the system is a 50 Nm3/h electrolyser (which must be upgradable to 100 Nm3/h) that delivers hydrogen at an outlet pressure of 30 barg. The main equipment will be delivered in a containerized/skid version divided into three specific areas: a control panel area with the AC/DC converter, a water purification unit, and an ATEX-classified area containing the stacks and gas purification treatment. In addition to the containerized unit, the scope of supply includes several external components: An MV/LV transformer, A thermal management system (dry cooler), A low-pressure hydrogen storage system consisting of a cylinder rack at 30 bar with a total volume of 5 m3, A gas blender installed on the outlet piping after the storage. Finally, the procurement includes a comprehensive service package covering the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), ATEX verification, staff training, two years of spare parts, and a 3-year maintenance contract.

Covered Shelters along the Lower Promenade and the existing Stepped Ramp at the northern end; the installation of a new Accessible Walkway from the north end of the Lower Promenade adjacent to the Cliff Bank behind the Clift Bath House leading to the Old Slipway with a link to the Cliff Bath House; a new retaining wall with replacement steps leading back up the grassy area at the Cliff Road; the construction of New Accessible Toilets behind the existing stone Retaining Wall opposite the Cliff Bath House.
